Over 60 years of high-quality care

Founded in 1955, we are a residential care home with a reputation for providing exceptional personalised care.

All of our professional and experienced staff are trained to nationally recognised standards and have an extensive amount of combined experience and skills.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff development and training.

Our Promise

We want to make sure that our home is the best choice for you. Before coming to live at Elizabeth House a senior member of staff would assess your needs to make sure we can offer you the right level of care.

You would then be invited to spend a full day with us to experience the home and feel whether it is the correct choice.

Following this a room would be offered for a 3 month’s trial stay. This is to ensure that you will be happy here and for us to confirm that we can meet your needs.

We would then make a formal offer of a permanent room.

Our Service

A senior member of staff will be responsible for assisting you with planning and producing your personal Care Plan.

Your Care Plan will be reviewed with you each month or when your circumstances change.

Another member of staff (your key worker) will work closely with you to ensure your needs are being met. They will spend time getting to know you and be able to help you with any concerns you may have.

Other members of staff are always on hand to help.
